While the dealerships check this here at X amount of miles and check that at another X amount of miles, we just do it all at every service. This ensures that your 2 wheeled investment is constantly safe and trouble free for many miles to come. The key to a long lasting motorcycle is constant preventive maintenance.

Below is a list of items covered in our Harley Davidson tune up and service package. You get all the things covered in a 20k service by the dealer for a price that competes with the dealers 5k service.

• Change engine oil
• Change transmission oil
• Change primary drive oil
• Replace oil filter
• Replace or service air filter
• Change brake fluid on systems with DOT4 (DOT5 change at additional cost, baggers extra)
• Check and adjust valves on pre Evolution units
• Replace spark plugs
• Check and adjust ignition timing (if applicable - pre Evolution)
• Clean or replace points (if applicable- pre Evolution)
• Set idle mixture (if applicable)
• Set idle speed
• Adjust any fuel injection sensors (if applicable)
• Lubricate all cables as needed
• Adjust clutch
• Adjust throttle cables. Make sure throttle snaps back closed
• Clean drive chain (if applicable)
• Adjust final drive belt
• Adjust primary drive (if applicable)
• Check primary drive tension er shoe
• Lubricate and adjust drive chain/belt (if applicable)
• Set tire pressures
• Inspect all lighting and safety equipment
• Lube all locks and pivot points
• Check and adjust steering head bearings. Grease if applicable.
• 4 gas exhaust analysis
• Check lighting. Replace burned out bulbs as needed (extra cost for difficult to remove bulbs)
• Check brake pads
• Check wheel bearings
• Check swing arm pivot. Grease if applicable
• Check tire condition
• Check front forks
• Check spokes if so equipped
• Check motor mounts
• Check ground strap
• Check battery, charge if needed
• Inspect for oil leaks
• Road test
